Sugar-free keto stocking stuffers - Earthside Farms snack pouches and pecans in a Christmas stocking

Sugar-Free and Keto Stocking Stuffers (2026): Small Gifts With No Added Sugar

Short answer: The best keto and sugar-free stocking stuffers are small, shelf-stable and easy to label-check: jerky or meat sticks, sugar-free chocolate, plain nuts, and sweet nuts with no added sugar. Earthside Farms candied nuts come in 1oz pouches that fit in a stocking and are "sweetened with a natural blend of erythritol and monk fruit extract, with no added sugar," per our FAQ. Each 1oz serving has 0g added sugar.

The keto stocking stuffer lists out there are good on savory things. Most of them say "nuts" and stop, and a few warn you off honey-roasted or brown-sugar almonds, which is fair. That leaves a gap for the person who wants something sweet in their stocking, without a candy cane.

Quick list: 7 stocking stuffers that work

  1. No-added-sugar candied nuts in 1oz pouches. Our 1oz 18-pack variety is $39.99, which works out to 18 stockings or one very full one.
  2. Sugar-free chocolate bars. Read the back of the bar: sweeteners vary by brand (allulose, erythritol, stevia, maltitol).
  3. Beef jerky or meat sticks. Look for zero-sugar versions; plenty of regular jerky has sugar in the marinade.
  4. Plain roasted nuts. Simple, and almost everyone eats them.
  5. A single flavor multipack. If they always pick the pecans, get the Maple Cinnamon Pecans 1oz x 16 or x 18.
  6. Organic dried mango. Not keto (see below), but no added sugar, for the fruit person.
  7. A sampler. The 6 x 1oz Candied Nuts Variety Pack ($20) gives you one of every flavor to spread across a few stockings.

What makes a good keto or sugar-free stocking stuffer

Three things:

  • It's small. A stocking holds pouches, not jars. One-ounce portions also mean nobody eats a whole bag before breakfast.
  • It keeps. Stockings get filled days ahead and sit by the fireplace. Skip anything that needs the fridge.
  • The label holds up. Look at two lines: added sugars and sugar alcohol. "Sugar-free" on the front doesn't tell you which sweetener is used, and some people do better with one than another. If they're tracking carbs closely, the sugar alcohol number matters.

Sweet picks

No-added-sugar candied nuts

This is the slot Earthside fills. Here's what's in a 1oz (28g) serving of each flavor, from the nutrition tabs on our product pages:

Flavor Calories Total sugars Added sugars Sugar alcohol
Maple Cinnamon Pecans 153 1g 0g 3g
Butter Toffee Peanuts 135 0g 0g 2g
Coconut Caramel Cashews 131 2g 0g 3g
Banana Bread Walnuts 145 0g 0g 3g
Orange Ginger Almonds 128 1g 0g 4g
Blueberry Vanilla Cashews 131 1g 0g 3g

Our organic products are certified by Baystate, and the nuts are Non-GMO Project Verified. The ingredients are vegan and gluten-free. That's an ingredient fact, not a certification, so check with anyone who has a serious allergy or celiac.

If I had to pick one for a stocking, it's the Maple Cinnamon Pecans. They taste like the holidays and they hold up well in the pouch. The Butter Toffee Peanuts are the crowd-pleaser for kids and grandparents.

Ways to buy: - 1oz 18-pack variety ($39.99): the one I'd start with. - 6 x 1oz Candied Nuts Variety Pack ($20). - Maple Cinnamon Pecans: 1oz x 16 ($42.99) or 1oz x 18 ($54.99).

Sugar-free chocolate

This is the category most keto lists lean on, and for good reason. Labels vary a lot, so compare the listed sweetener and the sugar alcohol line between brands, and pick what the person already likes.

Savory picks

Jerky and meat sticks. Shelf-stable, high protein, and they make a stocking feel heavier than it is. Check the label for added sugar.

Plain nuts. Unglamorous, but nobody is going to complain. A small bag of roasted almonds or macadamias sits nicely next to a sweet pouch.

Fruit option: dried mango

Our organic dried mango has no added sugar, but mango has plenty of its own natural fruit sugar. It isn't keto, and I'm not going to pretend it is. For a kid's stocking or a relative who just wants fruit, the Mango Magic 8-pack ($44.99) splits nicely across several stockings.

Build your own no-sugar / keto advent calendar

Ready-made sugar-free advent calendars are almost all chocolate. If you want nuts or dried fruit behind the doors — or you're shopping keto and don't want a chocolate-only box — you can build one with 1oz pouches.

Advent runs December 1 through 24, so you need 24 small treats. Two Earthside multipacks cover it:

  1. Start with the 1oz 18-pack variety ($39.99) for eighteen different days.
  2. Add the 6 x 1oz Candied Nuts Variety Pack ($20) for the remaining six, or a single-flavor Maple Cinnamon Pecans 1oz multipack if they always reach for the pecans.

Drop one pouch behind each door (or into numbered envelopes or a muffin tin with a paper cover). Every pouch is "sweetened with a natural blend of erythritol and monk fruit extract, with no added sugar," per our FAQ, and each 1oz serving has 0g added sugar. Skip the 4oz bags for this — they're too big for a calendar door.

If part of the household wants fruit instead of nuts on some days, tuck in a few pouches from the Mango Magic 8-pack. Mango isn't keto, so keep those for the people who want them.

Order sooner if you want the pouches in hand before Advent starts on December 1. For Christmas delivery with free standard US shipping, order by Monday, December 14.

FAQ

Are these OK for kids? Kids can eat nuts with no added sugar the same as anyone, but nuts are a choking hazard for young children, and nut allergies are common. Use the same judgment you would with any nut snack.

What's the difference between "sugar-free" and "no added sugar"? "No added sugar" means no sugar was added during processing. The food can still contain naturally occurring sugar, which is why our Coconut Caramel Cashews show 2g total sugars and 0g added. "Sugar-free" has its own labeling rules. Some UK guides use the two terms differently from US labels, so if you're reading an international gift guide, read the actual nutrition panel rather than the front of the pack.

Are Earthside nuts keto? They're keto-friendly as a descriptor, with 0g added sugar per serving. Whether something fits your plan depends on your own carb targets. If you're managing a health condition, they may fit a lower-sugar eating plan; check with your doctor or dietitian.

What sweetener do you use? Per our FAQ: "sweetened with a natural blend of erythritol and monk fruit extract, with no added sugar."

Fill the stockings in one order. Shop the 1oz 18-pack variety. Order by Monday, December 14 for Christmas delivery.
