This recipe is great because it’s simple and customizable. It works with almost anything you can think of.
You can do spinach and feta. Ham and cheddar. Even goat cheese and red pepper.

Ingredients

| ¼ cup | bacon bits |
| 1 tsp | sea salt |
| ½ tsp | black pepper |
Directions
| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F |
| 2 | Whisk all ingredient together in bowl |
| 3 | Divide evenly into oil-sprayed muffin tin (or use parchment paper liners). Aim ½ to ⅔ fill on each cup |
