Mix butter, coconut oil and dark chocolate in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds

In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder and baking powder

In big bowl, crack eggs and beat with mixer

Add butter / dark chocolate mixture and continue mixing

Mix in dry ingredients gradually until batter forms

Pour batter in pan and bake 15-20 minutes

Cut into 1x1” squares and spoon peanut butter between 2 squares. Optional: dust with MCT oil powder
