When it’s snack time…
But you’re craving an indulgent dessert...
Make a batch of these Keto Peanut Butter Brownie Bites.
These brownies taste just like the real thing.
Peanut butter makes them extra-delicious. And bite-size portions makes them extra-snackable.
And no.. that’s not powdered sugar on top. We dusted them with MCT oil powder – oh how keto!
|Yields:||Prep Time:||Total Time:|
|4 tbsp||coconut oil|
|2 oz||dark chocolate|
|2 tbsp||cocoa powder|
(we use Lakanto)
|½ cup||almond flour|
|½ tsp||baking powder|
|½ cup||natural peanut butter|
|1||Preheat oven to 350°F|
|2||Line parchment paper on 8x8 dish, covering sides|
|3||Mix butter, coconut oil and dark chocolate in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds|
|4||In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder and baking powder|
|5||In big bowl, crack eggs and beat with mixer|
|6||Add butter / dark chocolate mixture and continue mixing|
|7||Mix in dry ingredients gradually until batter forms|
|8||Pour batter in pan and bake 15-20 minutes|
|9||Cut into 1x1” squares and spoon peanut butter between 2 squares. Optional: dust with MCT oil powder|
