corned beef, shredded
1 lb
sauerkraut
8 oz
swiss cheese
8 leaves
green leaf lettuce
Ingredients (dressing)

½ cup
mayo
2 tbsp
ketchup (low-sugar)
2 tbsp
relish
2 tsp
onion, diced
1 tsp
white vinegar
⅛ tsp
sea salt
*mix all dressing ingredients in a small blender and refrigerate until use

Preheat oven to 400°F

Lay corned beef on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Top with sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Bake 5 minutes, until cheese is melted

Lay romaine lettuce leaves flat and top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese filling. Roll into wraps

Enjoy as-is or in dipped in thousand island dressing (or your favorite sauce)
