cheddar cheese, shredded

chorizo
⅓ cup
coconut flour
¼ tsp
sea salt
¼ tsp
garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper

Melt butter and cool in refrigerator 5 minutes

Brown chorizo in skillet over medium heat

In medium bowl, whisk butter, eggs and sour cream

Mix in coconut flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder

Mix in chorizo and cheddar cheese

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls on lined baking sheet (space evenly)
