Ingredients

4 cups (1 lb) | pecan halves |

1 tbsp | water |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 | egg white |
Directions
1 | Preheat oven to 250°F. |
2 | Mix salt, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. |
3 | In a separate bowl, whisk egg white and water together until frothy. |
4 | Add pecans to the egg white mixture, toss and coat thoroughly. |
5 | Stir the sugar blend into the pecan mixture until pecans are evenly coated. |
6 | Spread pecans on a baking sheet and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. |
